• Users must provide accurate information. • Login credentials must not be shared. • The school is responsible for assigning correct access levels.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not: • Misuse the app • Upload false, abusive, or harmful content • Attempt unauthorized access • Use the platform for non-educational or illegal purposes

6. Data & Privacy

• Student and staff data is owned by the school. • The app only processes data to provide services. • Data security measures are implemented, but no system is 100% secure. (Privacy Policy will be a separate document.)
